Has anyone ever been able to get the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) working with any of Thomson's VOIP products ??? I have done it all from calling customer support (TG784 was purchased pre-configured from FPL) to going through the MWI telnet settings myself with no luck. Can anyone share their working settings?
Thanks.

If you can PM me your number, I can access your device from here and put the proper settings on it for you.
Unfortunately we did have a batch of these that did not have proper MWI configured prior to shipping, but have managed to find most of them remotely to fix.

Re: SpeedTouch 780WL & TG784 HELP !!!
Steve, thanks for the reply but I ended up finding the solution. I will post it here for the benefit of everyone. You need to telnet into the modem enter the following changes:
1) voice services config mwi_network=unsollicited
2) voice services provision type=mwi
3) voice services activate type=mwi
4) voice services assign type=mwi servicecode=99
5) saveall
then reboot...
Too bad that my numberous calls and time spent with customer service could not discover this a few months ago.
In any case. Have fun everyone.
