For the first time in over a decade, Fongo Home Phone's service price will be adjusted. The new price is $5.95 + tax per month starting July 9, 2024. However, you can you choose to pay $59.40 + tax annually instead ($59.40+tax divided by 12 months is the previous rate of $4.95+tax/month).
Emails are being sent (on May 6, 2024 and May 7, 2024) to existing customers, notifying them of the pricing change. If you can't find the email after May 7th, check your online, webmail spam folder (as opposed to your email client). For example, login to gmail.com if you use Gmail, and navigate to your spam folder if you are unable to locate Fongo's email.

New Pricing
Two options exist:
1) $5.95 + tax/month
or
2) $59.40 + tax/year
The new pricing won't come into effect until July 9, 2024.

The sales team can be reached at 855-553-6646, apparently between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on weekdays.
Fongo Support tickets can be submitted at https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new.
You can check your ticket status by logging in at
https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests. That's an account for tickets
(zendesk) only and is completely separate from your Fongo Home Phone account or
any other Fongo account you may have. If you don't have a zendesk account, choose "Sign Up" after visiting https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests.
Use the same email address that you use to submit tickets. Do not use the same password as your Fongo Home Phone
account. Again, Fongo Home Phone accounts are unrelated to zendesk support accounts.

If "Support System" indicates "Degraded Performance", ticket response time can take up to a week (or longer).
Support staff does not respond to tickets on weekends or Canadian holidays.
Support hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST. Support staff is not obligated to respond
