Grandstream Ht-802 Configuration
Are there some screenshots available that I can compare for a HT-802 configuration on freephoneline? Unfortunately, I keep timing out and getting a disconnection on my SIP settings.

1. Disable SIP ALG in your Calix 836GE.
a. Login in (possibly at 192.168.1.1). Refer to the manual, or contact your ISP if it was issued by your ISP.
b. Navigate to Support tab
c. Select "ALG Setup" on the left.
d. Select "Disabled" for SIP ALG.
e. Click "Apply".
2. The PDF guide you should be using is located at viewtopic.php?p=79162#p79162. Pay attention to what's bolded in the post.
I suggest using voip2.freephoneline.ca for Primary SIP server and "voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060" (without the quotation marks) for Failover SIP Server. Select "Yes" for Prefer Primary SIP Server.
3. Afterwards, double check your settings against what's listed at viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20539. Pay attention to step 19 from that link if you're experiencing packet loss or otherwise losing connection to the servers. Most of step 12 is very important (12B, 12C, 12D, 12E, 12F, 12G, and 12H).
