I have been using Fongo for a few months now and generally enjoy the service; especially the value it offers. Although; I have been experiencing some call quality issues recently that I hope to get some advice on.
During some calls; I have noticed that the audio quality can be inconsistent; with occasional drops in clarity or short periods where the audio cuts out entirely. This issue seems to occur sporadically and isn't confined to any specific location or time of day. I have tried troubleshooting on my end; such as restarting my router and ensuring that my internet connection is stable, but the problem persists.
I am using the Fongo app on an Android phone with the latest software updates. I have also tested using different devices to see if the issue is device specific; but the call quality issues still occur. Given that these issues can affect important calls; I am eager to find a solution.
I am wondering if others in the community have experienced similar problems and what steps you have taken to address them. Are there specific settings within the app that could help improve call quality? Could this be related to network congestion; or is it possible that there are optimal times for making calls to avoid such issues?
