Hello,
I am porting out my Number from freephoneline to voip.ms, I've had this telephone number for 7 years, I can not reach any one by phone at FONGO and I have left a message and no one has called me back, I have Sent a ticket with FONGO no one has answered me back.
I need some one from Fongo CONTACT ME ASAP.
This is unacceptable service from Fongo.
The losing carrier just rejected this order because of a pending order on the account. Please have the pending order removed and provide the confirmation number when the order is removed. As soon as we have this information we will be able to resubmit the porting request
Since we are charged for each rejection, we will have to charge 8.75$ per number to resubmit it.
Thank you.
Please Have someone from your COMPANY ASAP.

Re: Port OUT ISSUES No one to talk to
There hasn't been phone support for Freephoneline for over a decade.
I doubt anyone will.and I have left a message and no one has called me back
Visit https://status.fongo.com/.I have Sent a ticket with FONGO no one has answered me back.
If "Support System" indicates "Partial Outage" or "Degraded Performance", ticket response time can take up to a week (or longer).
You can check your ticket status by logging in at
https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests. That's an account for tickets
(zendesk) only and is completely separate from your Freephoneline account or
any other Fongo account you may have. If you don't have a zendesk account yet, click "Sign Up" after visiting the link.
Use the same email address that you use to submit tickets. Do not use the same password as your Freephoneline
account. Again, these two accounts are unrelated.
If your ticket is closed, submit another: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new. Make sure to choose "My Account Inquiry" for the final issue type.
These are user-to-user support forums. Fongo support staff is not obligated to respond or read posts here.I need some one from Fongo CONTACT ME ASAP.
Support staff does not respond to tickets on weekends or Canadian holidays.
Support hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST.
Fongo does have https://twitter.com/Fongo_Support. I'm not sure if anyone
there responds to direct messages.
Similarly, they appear to be on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/FongoMobile/. I don't know whether they'll respond to you there.
I don't know what the pending order would be unless an address mismatch was specified or if another porting request for the same number was made. The losing carrier just rejected this order because of a pending order on the account.
Seems strange. Another Freephoneline user successfully ported out to Freedom Mobile in September, and it took 3 business days: https://forums.redflagdeals.com/freepho ... #p39383362.
The address needs to be what's listed after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/update911Info or what's shown on your latest Fongo invoice. Your account number is the Customer # on the Fongo invoice. Landline needs to be specified.
I'm just posting this link for reference: https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/art ... r-Port-out
Posting here won't escalate your issue since the people who respond regularly on these forums don't work for Fongo, and the volunteer moderators don't work for Fongo either. Please Have someone from your COMPANY ASAP.
This is the escalation process with Fongo: https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/2 ... -Complaint.
Please do not send me emails; I do not work for nor represent Freephoneline or Fongo. Post questions on the forums so that others may learn from responses or assist you. Thank you. If you have an issue with your account or have a billing issue, submit a ticket here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new. Visit http://status.fongo.com/ to check FPL/Fongo service status. Everything WAS FILLED up correctly. This is Freephoneline trying to penalize me before Porting out by october 1st. Very Shady Practices by FONGO.

Why you, specifically?
Has your account been flagged as being dormant? https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/art ... unt-policy (That policy doesn't apply to VoIP unlock key accounts anymore.)
If so, you might need to get that fixed first, but I'm not positive.
Wouldn't they try to penalize everyone?

Re: Port OUT ISSUES No one to talk to
Why would there be? Almost everyone knows there's no telephone support for Freephoneline customers. It's been that way since 2013.
If anyone responds via phone, I would consider that lucky.
viewtopic.php?p=43650#p43650
Free telephone support ended after 2012. That shouldn't be news.FONGO_Announcements wrote: ↑02/06/2013 Customers who purchase the VoIP Unlock Key purchased by Freephoneline can find community help through the forums. The VoIP Unlock Key is not eligible for Fongo customer support by telephone or email as we cannot advise or troubleshoot third party equipment. The forum is a great place to discuss your configurations and equipment information.
If you were expecting an immediate response, that's probably not going to happen.

"Support System -- Partial Outage

Tickets are the avenue for support. Freephoneline customers should know that by now. Phone support for Freephoneline customers hasn't existed since 2012.
And I've already explained that ticket responses are slow.
These are user-to-user support forums. These forums are not official support forums.Leave a message on the message board but not a word.
What empathy I did have for you is rapidly depleting. It's not as though I believe delayed support response times are desirable, but the point is that no one that responds on these forums regularly can do anything about it. I can't answer tickets for you because I don't work for Fongo, and continuing to complain further is counterproductive. In fact, I have tried contacting someone about a different issue and haven't received a response yet either.lack of empathy

I've already explained what your options are. If I thought I could do something further to help you, I would, but I can't.
