[Fongo World Edition] I can't get past the Choose your number screen

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 21 and tried to download the world version. It gave me a screeen that says choose your number, but it will not let me enter anything using the drop downs. Can't select a province or city. Nothing happens when I press continue. I need this number urgently. Can somebody advise me what to do beside write an email to their support?
