Visual Voicemail outage

Oddly, I tested calling a Fongo Mobile number from a Freephoneline account, left a message, and the voicemail eventually appeared in the Fongo Mobile app, so I’m not sure how to reproduce whatever the problem is.

I’m guessing the problem is with incoming calls from outside Fongo’s network since I just tested again with a Telus carrier number and Google Voice number to a Fongo Mobile number. Those voicemails have not appeared in the app.
