Caller ID problems

Post by Xancholy »

Hi,

Moving this topic to the forum so that others may benefit.

Incoming caller ID is not working for me. Now I only see "incoming call" on the screen but no CID.

It used to work previously with vbuzzer. Using different phones does not help.

As suggested by support I disabled "Block cid serv" on my Pap2 but no success.

My FPL call log shows the number that is calling me but it is not showing up on my phone.

Appreciate any help to get CallerID working...

Thanks

Hi, your phone is plugged directly in the ATA? Or you have taken all wire connected in home to the ATA?

Yes my phone is plugged straight into the ATA... The new problem is that once a VM recieved, checked & deleted, the new voicemail message & light flashes continuously, ie: it does not clear. My phone is Dect 6.0

Your better off using 6.0ghz cordless phones, they work really good!
