Quick question
This service won't interfere with my current land line and number in any way, will it?

Re: Quick question
Nope, unless you port in your existing number that is. This mean to move your number from Bell/Rogers/etc and let FPL look after it for you.Trisomy21 wrote:This service won't interfere with my current land line and number in any way, will it?
How it works is you either use a softphone which runs on your computer - this option is free. Or you buy an ATA and the config file (both about $50 each) and plug the ATA into your home network. This ATA talks to the FPL system and there is one or two phone jacks on it which become like your sockets on the wall and is where you plug your phones into.
So it is completely separate from your home wiring and existing line unless of course you want it to be.
