Cant access Voicemail from my softphone & How to Initialize
I am using the softphone/software. My robotic voice mail tone says that I have not initialized my voicemail. How do I do that? I have changed my voicemail password from the webpage. Also, when I dial *98 or anything from my softphone, nothing seems to work. Though I receive calls well. Please, your directions are needed. thanks
