incorrect time on voicemails

I am in vancouver BC, I already setup my SP2102 to use pacific time and I can confirm that the time is correct on the web interface for sp2102. However whenever I receive voicemails, it always says the time is 3 hours ahead ie 10am would be announced as 1pm.
Do I need to configure something else to make voicemail announce the correct time ?
also the email that I get, the filename of the voicemail is also named as date+time where time is 3 hours ahead too.

lastly is it possible to also get email notifications of missed calls ?

Changing time zones for voice mail has been on our to-do list for some time, however there were more pressing issues at hand. As for email notifications for missed calls, I have mentioned it to our programmers and we'll see what we can do about adding that for you guys - It may not happen as it would cause quite a fuss with our mail server. I can imagine how many people miss calls in a day...

Thanks for the info. glad that there is a solution being considered and to at least know that its not something that I screwed up setting up my sp2102.
