Speedtouch 780wl and access restrictions

I know that you can ban a certain IP source from all or certain ports. But I can not see how you can create a rule to block intertnet access to a certain IP or MAC address based on a time of day schedule. Is it possible? Most routers I had previously, I was able to do it. Does anyone with a 780wl Speedtouch have rules setup based on time of day?
