Cannot make outgoing calls now, why?

Cannot make outgoing calls now, why?
I am using a hardphone (config file), I get a dial tone but when I dial out nothing happens, i don't hear anything on the other end. my router and pap2t seem to be working fine. does anyone have any ideas what is going on now?

I also cannot recieve calls, there will be a busy signal.
edit, now there is no dial tone when i turn on my phone.

This sounds like the ATA is not registered. What does it say on the home page of the PAP2T? Look for the bit on the right hand column called "Registration State". Also have a look in your FPL admin area and see it is says you are registered to the server there.
