pbx is loosing registration after some time

Hi

i have successfully used pbxes.org with FPL and vbuzzer and voxalot but after getting kicked out from pbxes for 1 month of little overusage, i have been trying to set up pbx at sonetel.com, a new enterant free pbx provider.

the problem here is that pbx is loosing registration for FPL after 5 to 30 minutes with an error message of "Unavailable service", and outbound does not go thru when registered, the other two providers are running fine and keeping registration intact.

i checked FPL website and it shows registered to User agent: SvcRegMgr (that is the agent name provided by the pbx) ,

i m trying for days to figure out why it is happening....as its happening only with FPL route, so the problem is somewhere in FPL settings

is there somebody in here who can help me out? Steve ? or some one other FPL expert? for ref my customer ID is 5246
