Caller id

Hi!
I'm new with freephoneline.ca
I'm using a Linksys SPA2102 ATA, and when i call someone, on the caller display it says PRIVATE NUMBER everytime.
Does someone has any idea why when i call someone it always display PRIVATE CALLER.

Try dialing *98, or have a look in your ATA settings to see if you name is blocked there by a setting. I know there is one in the PAP2T, so I expect there is one in yours also. Mine also has a list of quick codes (* numbers) and what they do, so have a look out for those and see if it is something other than *98.

FPL does not block the number, they always pass that on, but they will block the name if you set it up like that. As far as I know anyway.
