Hi!
I'm sorry for posting a lot of posts.
I am new on FreePhoneLine, and i would like to know how to extend the delay of the voice mail before it answers the phone.
Actually, after 4 rings, it answers, if its not possible to extend it, is it possible to desactivate the voice mail and how?
Thank you in advance for your help
Delcio

Re: Voice mail
Don't worry about the questions, we all have them.
You can't deactivate the voicemail. Look through the forum and you will find detailed answers, but basically it is to help FPL stay free because the calls get terminated and FPL get a little bit of money from it.
The max ring time before voicemail is 30 seconds. The only place you can change it is by logging into FPL and going to the followme page http://www.freephoneline.ca/followMeSettings
4 rings is probably about 30 seconds anyway, but it could be worth checking.
