I observed last two months the voice quality poor.
Intermittent disconnection, delays, caller can not hear us.
I thought it was Rogers cable. But I have Bell and switched over FPL line on that. Still its same.
Anybody else facing problems like this?

What is your setup? For example, what do you use (router? name of softphone? make/model of ATA? etc..) and how are things connected?
I haven't had problems, was using the phone last night and had no problems except a little jitter.
