softphone does not work! just work once, and the problem

the problem seems freephoneline does not work if adobe (adobe flash 10.) installed on the same computer. FPL staff, please check and provide fix. thanks

I have three computers that have Flash 10 and the softphone, and all have worked for several months with no issue. I use the softphone almost daily on my office computer with that setup and have never had any issues.

If you suspect the problem to be related, have you completely uninstalled both programs and reinstalled them? What type of problems are you experiencing?
