Other Freephoneline user can not hear on first time

I have been a Freephoneline user for long and suggested it to friend. He bought the adaptor from Freephonline. Everytime I call them they can not hear me, but I can hear them. After disconnecting phone when I try again they can hear me. When they call me there is no problem. What could be the problem? I have Linksys.

You both appear to be using Linksys adapters, have you match your settings with our recommended setup? What are the other parties using?

One-way audio is as much affected by bad routers as it is codec methods.

Have you followed our guide here (http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=647) to see if your settings are optimal? Be sure that the option of "Use random port:" is "Yes".
