Music On Hold

Hey,
I use my freephoneline number through the ATA. When i put someone on hold, it works but there is no sound to let them know that they are on hold or even still on the line. Its just silent. When I put someone on hold on my Bell phone it constantly beeps to show that they are on hold and the call is not disconnected or unheard. It would be great if FPL would have that feature or even better than a beep maybe some jazz music or something to entertain the caller while on hold. Thanks

All our accounts are set up with on-hold music by default, it plays whenever you put a call on hold whether it be with the 'Hold' function on your phone, or the "Flash' / 'Link' function to switch calls for call-waiting.

For some odd reason my system does not play any music,nor beeps ,when I put a call on hold. I`m using a Linksys SPA 3102
