A quick restart of the voicemail service will be initiated between 3AM-4AM EST on Wednesday, March 23 2011. This restart should not last more than a few minutes and will cause a momentary disruption to the voicemail services during this time.
This is being done in an effort to further debug the issue some users are experiencing with their MWI indicator not properly refreshing.

Re: Planned Maintenance - March 23, 2011. 3AM-4AM EST.
I left myself a test voicemail and after 10 min of waiting the MWI on my phone finally started to flash.
I checked and deleted the message and the MWI stayed on for another 10 or so min.
I don't think the problem is fixed yet.
Thanks

FPL only refreshes MWI every 10 minutes due to the volume of users.
