Error opening follow-me from softphone 3.0.1

Post by tigerking »

Just find out today that the follow-me function initiated from the softphone is getting 404 error. By pressing the "Follow-Me" button on the softphone, it directed me to the follow-me web page with the same link as before "https://www.freephoneline.ca/followMeSettings"

However, I encountered the following error:
--------------------------------------
HTTP Status 404 - No result defined for action actions.FollowMeSettings and result login

type Status report

messageNo result defined for action actions.FollowMeSettings and result login

descriptionThe requested resource (No result defined for action actions.FollowMeSettings and result login) is not available.

GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3
-----------------------------------------

If I access the web page directly from an internet browser by logging in and then click the "Follow-me" tab, it direct me to the normal page and I can update the follow me setting.

Is there any change from the FPL web site design causing this problem?? Are we no longer be able to initiate the "Follow-Me" from the softphone.

I tried to initiate follow-me form softphone from my laptop and two other computers, and getting the same result.

A softphone update should be out soon addressing the follow-me issue. Unfortunately our web dev. team jumped the gun on implementing SSL encryption into our website before the softphone team was able to roll out their update to accommodated this change.
