I didn't change any settting, since yesterday my phone stopped working, status in PAP2T shows "cannot connect to login serer", is server down?

Server is fully up and operational - if it were down you'd know about it pretty fast!

It works fine for me too, but you might want to try restarting/power cycling your equipment (ATA, router, etc)... sometimes that's all it takes because of a 'stuck' connection, setting or something somewhere.
