FPL Called and missing email

Yesterday i got a call from FPL to verify my address and certify for 911 and he got all my Credit card info to get the configuration file and he said he will send me in few minutes a file to port in my number and so far i didn't receive anything (email or file), I know he mentioned that the file will take a couple days ?
when I loged in to my account it is still RED NON_Certified.
What should I do, wait or call back, am worry about my Credit card .
Please advise? :?:

Please email [email protected] with your FPL number and I can look into what agent you spoke to as well as confirm all the info is there.

I sent an email in the morning to [email protected] with all my details and still I didn't get any reply nor confirmation email.....
am still worry ... :cry:

He says he just emailed you back a few moments ago, let me know if you did or didn't get it

Thanks you FPL and Kris, I got everything with a perfect service, Problem was on my end, You did all your best to make it up. I recommend you to many people. I will refer my friends. ;)
