Freephoneline like service in Florida?

I live in Florida 50% of the time.. I am wondering if there is a service like FPL there? I found "Whistle" which seems quite close, but I don't know if or how to config my ATA. Any suggestions or help would be most appreciated.

You can set up Whistlephone on your ATA. Magicjack is a little more expensive, $30 gadget, and $20 a year after, but it would work great with your freephoneline account, because you could get a Florida number with Magicjack, and forward that number to anywhere in North America.

How do I set up Whistle on my ATA? I have a Forida number with them already.
