Hello ,
This has been for a very long time ,more than 2 years . Whenever I called the 1800 service line ,the operator either could not hear me or complained my voice was very very low ,but I could always hear them clearly ,sometime this could happen to normal numbers . I changed internet service provider ,router ,pap-2 devices and phone , none of these help .Speed testing was very good ,over 10M always ,I set the Oos on my router . linksys wrt110n router , pap2-n device ,panasonic wireless 6.0 phones, 10M cable .
I did followed the setting from this froum but not helping .
Since this mostly happened on 1800 numbers ,could there be some trick?
