[ATA] Can't make a Call to Bell

Any reason why i can't call 905-310-7873 which is bells customer service.. I have internet through them and when i would try to call it .. it would say my account is insufficient to make that call.. its local tho? I can use the 1-800 number but this issue striked me as odd.. I can call other 10 digit numbers no problem

905-310 isn't a valid exchange - 310 numbers don't work by simply putting an area code in front of them. You'll have to use Bell's 800 number or find an actual local number for them.
