I can call 416 from my FPL# 778 but not the 905 number
When I call 905 number from my phone, It seems the phone connected but slient. another having the same problem?
Another number like 604, 778, 416 are OK so far.

What/who is on the other side of that 905-number?

Is it an IVR on the far side, or just a person?
If you can make a fresh test and PM me your number and the number you're calling I can check the SIP logs in case it's a codec issue between your UA and the far side.
