Issue with accessing VM

first off...VERY happy FPL user!

recently when someone leaves a message on the FPL we are able to see that a message is waiting for us, i can log into the VM and it will tell me how many messages there are but when I access the messages the phone goes dead and i loose connection to it.

I can check the VM's on the computer and then delete them to clear the alert that there is a call but i'd like to figure out why i can't access the VM from my handsets...any thoughts out there?

Please try turning off the "date and time" announce feature in your voicemail box. There's a small bug that has come up with this feature that should be fixed in the next while :)

We will update once resolved.
