I have FPL number and so far, so good. Since I am in testing phase

What I'd like to see with FPL is to be able to register (beside my FPL land line) my cell number, so that I can call in Europe for instance, wherever in Canada I am.
How it works with Startec is the way I'd like to see with FPL.
For instance, beside my current land line (haven't got rid of it yet), I have registered cell number with STARTEC and, if I want to call my family in Europe from cell while at work, I just dial, STARTEC local number in Toronto and then, my destination number.
This is very convenient, as I can be in Montreal and I only need to dial STARTEC local number in Montreal and dial my final destination in Europe and that's it.
So, regardless of the location in Canada, STARTEC charges me the same amount as they would do it, if I call from home, since both numbers have been pre-registered with them, home one and cell. I think, they allow up to two additional numbers to register beside your home one.
So, does FPL have something like this, or will it be in place some time soon, if it's currently not available?
This is important to me, as my decision of going with FPL for Intl. calling will depend on this capability.
I do have BudPhone app. on my BB, but I don't want to pay two times up front, once for my home line with FPL and second one through BudPhone for cell.
Thanks,
Zoro
