I have an spa2102 sip and when a phone massage is left the phone dose not flash and when i pick up the phone the dial tone stays the same. anyway to fix this?

I'm not too sure, but just to double check - if you login to the ATA, is the MWI feature enabled?

It does take up to 10 minutes for the FPL voicemail system to notify you about a message being left. It also takes 10 minutes for it to clear again after you have listened to the message.
If you are testing it out, leave it a good 15 minutes or so and see if it comes on.
