voice mail not responding to my phone

Post by hermanyxu »

When i call voice mail or any other automated phone system

When asked to press a number example
To hear your message press 1
I press 1 and nothing happen.

I had this problem in April and call your help line, I should have documented what He instructed me to do to solve the problem, but I did not.

This time I called the help line and he referred my to the Forum, but I could not find the solution there.

Can you please help me

Today I got some trouble with my voicemail too!

When I *98, the voice said I got 1 new message and after I enter 1 to listen it, the voice stop just before the time call. I have been able to listen the message in my mailbox!

But this morning I didn't have any trouble!

Hi!
I got the solution from the technical support:
Dial *98 -> option#3 -> option #2 -> option #4 -> option #2 to desactivate date/time of the message.

The technician tell me the problem was on the freephoneline side so I wish someone will write a message in the forum when the problem will be corrected!
