Im using an Grandstream HT502 with my FPL..
two issues
1. When someone calls me, they cant hear it ringing, after 5 seconds of dead air it goes to voicemail.
2. When i try to retrieve my voicemail from a remote phone *98, #98 nothing works.
Anyone have any ideas?

At this time we do not support getting your voicemail from a remote phone - only your freephonline phone can access your voicemail. My partner and I are working on remote voicemail access this week, it will be done through dialing a voicemail access number then entering your credentials to get your VM. More details soon 
As for the Grandstream issue, I am not familiar with that ATA so we'll see what other people say.

Sounds like an issue I had with a few routers that would not allow any ATA device to work behind it at all. In the end I replaced the wireless routers and have never looked back. Bad router was the TrendNet TEW-632BRP and the good one was the TrendNet TEW-432BRP. Refurb NetGear 802.11n, I think it was an WGN854 also worked fine for me.
