Softphone won't log me in

Hi:

I just downloaded the sofphone on my laptop but when I tried logging in it kept insisting I had the wrong username/password. I noticed the application seems to have downloaded an error file along with the program - is it this that is causing the problem? Can I delete it and have this thing work? Should I simply uninstall and redownload it? Obviously I am using the correct username and password as this is the same used to log into my account from your web page. I don't know how to resolve this.

Also can I use this by downloading it onto my pda? Does it require a separate phone number for a separate device?

Do you guys not have any tech support people?
