I tried searching the forum but couldn't find this issue discussed.
Problem: I cannot access the config page for the FPL ATA (default one that comes with the service). It is a HandyTone 286.
I obtain the IP using ***/Code 02, and enter it into my browser. Then I will usually be taken to the login page.
I type the username/pwd and 1 of 2 things will happen next:
1. Login process times out
2. Login successful, but only a part of any of the config pages will display. The browser will show status "loading xxxxxxx", but will never actually load it.
For example, only the top 3 rows of "Basic", "Status", "Advanced Settings 1", "Advanced Settings 2" will display. This prevents me from changing any settings and especially saving the settings (since the "save" button will not be displayed).
This started happening out of the blue a few months ago, no major network changes on my end, and I have ports 5060 and 5061 forwarded to my device as per the manual.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Can't access HT286 config page?!
reset you ATA device. You migth be login with a different password which can allow you to see the status and basic settings page but not the advance settings page. Basically you can set two passwords for each settings one allows you to see/read only and the othe allows you to make changes.
It could be a glitch or malfucntion that your ATA password messed up. Try resetting the ATA.
