Hi Kris/Steve,
My ATA has problem with touch tone. When I make calls to a voice menu prompt system, my selections can not be accepted. The ATA is WGR613VAL which never had problem with touch tone before I switched to fpl from acanac. I tried everything on the VoIP Settings. I tried all values for the drop down Prefer Codec (current value is G.729ab @ 30ms). Some values don't even have a dial tone. For those that do have dial tone, I can make connections, but none of them works on touch tone.
I have the screenshots for the VoIP Settings page linked below. Could you please take a look to see what the problem is?

I am not Kris/Steve, but I do have a Netgear WGR615, and touch tone does not work on anything except when I use the g.711u codec, and not very well. On my Grandstream ATA device, I have the option to send DTMF via RTP (RFC2833), and the touch tone will then work. Sadly, I do not see that option on my WGR615, nor do I believe you will see it on your ATA.

Thanks bridonca for your reply. I tried all g.711u codec on my WGR613V, none of them works. You are right, and I guess the WGR613V is quite an old model, so it has no DTMF settings, even has no dial plan settings. But the strange thing is that, the ATA used to work fine on touch tone with Acanac before. That's why I am thinking maybe there is a fix to this on fpl server side.

Just an update that touch tone started working months ago. I didn't do anything at my end.
