Setting this phone up is pretty simple and when it's done (in Windows 7 anyway) it puts a phone.ini file in C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\3CX.
The contents of phone.ini look something like this with <variables> and [comments];

Re: 3CX Softphone Config
I have been using the 3CXPhone Softphone for a few years now, with excellent results with all my BYOD VoIP providers, including Dell Voice Fongo service.
This article explains in detail how to configure the 3CXPhone to work successfully with Dell Voice Fongo SIP service on Windows 7:
http://voipdiy.blogspot.com/2012/02/usi ... phone.html
Note: If you have an ATA or IP-Phone registered to your account as well as the 3CXPhone, the last device to register with the proxy will likely be the device to ring on an incoming call. Having more than one device registered to the same account can cause unpredictability as to which device will ring.
