First of all, there are no magic QOS settings, it is extremely subjective. Second, if you are having problems with VOIP, you more likely have a problem with your internet connection, or you are have programs like bit-torrent that is set up to use way too many resources. Cut the max connections to 50, and you will be amazed on the quality of VOIP, and your torrents will also be faster.

To check to see if your internet connection is even suitable for VOIP, run this test regularly. http://myspeed.visualware.com/servers/n ... erate.com/

IF you still want to do QOS, here is a really good article on how it works, and what it can do for you. Sadly it is a long read, but I believe it is required reading if you want successful QOS. http://www.linksysinfo.org/forums/showt ... hp?t=60304
