Change name on Caller ID that other people see? (permanent)

How do I change the name that displays on peoples caller ID? My old landline used to display only my first initial and then last name. My wife and I both have the same initial on our first name and my wife took my last name when we got married so it worked well for us. Do I do that in the ATA settings or is there somewhere hidden in account management on the site I can't see?

You set it in your ata. Only letters and numbers work periods commas etc do not work.

Great to hear. Any idea where in the ATA exactly? I have the Grandstream one provided by FPL.

I don't have the same ATA as you but I would assume it's under the "user" settings.
