voip down right now?

hey, my ata was working for maybe 4 days now and today i go to use the phone and i get no dial tone, i restart the device, still nothing, i check the settings and it says " Can't connect to login server". this is on my pap2. i didnt change any settings at all, so is this on my end?

ok, my box connected again but now i cant receive calls! whenever someone calls the number a bell canada lady starts talking saying that my number is not in service......which is wierd because i can call out but i cant receive them!

How long ago was your number ported in to FPL? Is it all phones that cannot call you, or one specific carrier? Does the FPL portal show your ATA as registered?

i didnt port my number yet, but i bought the sip info maybe 5 days ago, it worked great for 4, and now its just giving me headaches! and its with any carrier, wind gives me the bell laty saying its not available and on my bell line i just get a bunch of beeps, like the ones you hear when someone hangs up the phone

And what does the FPL portal show you? Does it say your ATA is registered?
