Steve, the new layout looks good, pleasing to the eye. Question, the voicemail section used to have a "send to" section for vmail to email, is this still the case? I use 2 different addresses for portal login vs vmail-to-email, curious if this has been changed.

And what's the deal with "FPL Community"?

Since the update, all voicemail options have been moved from the voicemail inbox to the main account settings page under it's own "Voicemail Settings" tab.

The "FPL Community" is that small user profile in the old layout. We have placed more focus on this to encourage more interaction between users; in future releases and developments to come, you will be subscribing to much more than just awesome cost-free phone service!

Change? Change is baaaad...UNDO!
I'm kidding... I really like it! I found the last change to be somewhat bloated but I really like the new layout - it feels much more intuitive and the ajax features are nice too. :)

I noticed the MAIN PAGE is the same as APP SETTINGS (atleast for me?). I think it would be much better use to have the MAIN PAGE be more like a dashboard, including...
- My Phone Number
- Registration (Online, or last date)
- Account balance
- Number of voicemails
- Number of faxes
- Last login (date/time/IP/hostname)
- Calls in the last week/month (+ other stats just for fun?)
- Announcements/news from FPL
- Promo/"Online Store" link at the bottom

Perhaps the VOICE MAIL screen can integrate playing of the voicemail instead of just downloading them?

Also, has anybody had any luck with accessing Freephoneline's main page via:
http://freephonline.ca/ (notice no www.)
It comes up as BLANK to me, but adding "www." works... perhaps a bug in the system?

Any chance on allowing CID hiding now? (Okay, I'll stay on topic... ;))

Hmm....after doing an update to my profile yesterday, I've received an invoice for balance due for SIP settings I've purchased and paid for in April 2010!
What's up with that?!?
Should I just ignore it?

For this issue, it would be best to email our team personally so we can check out your account and see if we can void this invoice. It is best not to share your account information on the forum so you can email us from our website or give us a call and we can figure this all out for you. Thanks.
