I'm desperate here and running out of ideas, i'm not able to receive any incoming calls to my FLP number anymore. It was working perfectly when i just set it up for the first time.
I didn't touched anything else but just decided to try again a few hours later and it just doesn't work anymore. I can make outgoing calls no problem but just incoming calls I always get a message that this person is not available.
Things i tried and done already where same problem still persists:
- Factory reset ATA and re-enter the values
- The provisioning method I found in this forum (forgot the link)
- Direct connection of internet to the ATA (no router connected)
- Reboot Router
- Port forward 5060-6060 and 10000-20000
- Called tech support which asked me to do things I already tried

by the way, the softphone on desktop does not accept calls neither, same issue.
also did the DMZ and DHCP reservation on router.

Seems to me the problem is with your number and only FPL can fix it. Don't wait and send Kris and Steve a PM. They are sometimes here on week-ends but with a PM they'll sure get it and may fix soon enough your problem.
Don't forget to give them your number so they can test it at their end.

hpl912, it would appear that your incoming call timeout is set to zero (0) seconds. This means that there are zero seconds in between when your number is called, and the call is sent to voicemail.
Please try raising this to 1 - 5 rings (based on the new user control panel) and test again.

don't even know how that ring setting went to 1 since i NEVER touched it, didn't even know it exists and it was working before! lol..
