Hello,
I'm having a problem with one-way audio, but only while calling numbers in Winnipeg. Calling numbers there, the other party cannot hear me. If I hang up and call anywhere else, local or long distance, audio works no problem. I have tried many different things, including DMZ mode, forwarding SIP and RTP port ranges to my ATA, etc. with no luck. The calls show up as normal call clearing in my call log. Have even tried using different routers and ISPs. Any ideas what could be going on? Should I expand my RTP port range (even though DMZ doesn't help)? Does anyone else have a problem like this with only SOME numbers have one-way audio?
Thanks!
No inbound audio calling Winnipeg

Re: No inbound audio calling Winnipeg
Perhaps related perhaps not, It's been an on and off and on again problem calling my parents in Kitchener. Thought it may be a Rogers home phone issue thing, but I now know I have been calling others Rogers home phone subs without the issue. When the problem occurs they also do not see our CNAM

Thanks for the reply David. I've looked at your other thread. Looks like things are still no better for you
I'll have to re-open a support ticket or contact the admin on the forum I guess and see if they can get any clues from my account!
