Comtrend CT6382T-1

Post by AndreiPR »

Hi all,

I'm using Comtrend CT6382T-1 for my voip phones with another Voip provider and it works great. But when today I bought a number and I tried to use it with freephoneline I was very disappointed - I can make the outgoing calls,
but I can't receive any incoming calls :(
I hear just the tones like my phone is diconected.
Btw it works fine with the free software from freephoneline for the incoming and outgoing calls.

I didn't find any specific information about the voip settings for my modem+router in internet (I tryed all that I found in the settings of my Comtrend) and i'm very surprise that it works with another provider but not with freephoneline.ca.

Anybody can have an idea about that :?:

It seems that nobody can't help me. As I wrote I can't have the incoming calls on my Modem+Router+Voip adapter Comtrend CT6382T-1. http://www.comtrend.com/links/7$product.htm

For the future users, be careful if you are using this device because it doesn't work with the Voip Phone from freephoneline.ca
