Call Waiting

Post by Don »

Does FPL come with Call Waiting? if it does, can someone assist me with getting to work. I am using a Linksys SPA2102, I have CW is enabled in the setting.

I'd like to confirm that we do fully support call waiting.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the SPA2102 device - so I'll leave that half of your question to our community here.

I haven't used Call Waiting as I don't seem to be that popular... :P
I have used it on the SPA-3102 in the past and would imagine it be similar. It practically worked out of the box - have you tried talking to somebody, then calling yourself with your cell phone? Unless I'm mistaken, I remember switching between calls via LINK button (or short depress of the receiver).

It does indeed support call waiting. The feature works the same way as it does with any other line. When you are on the phone and another call comes in, you will a "Tone/Beep" in your ear. You then hit the "Flash" button on your phone and it will bring you over to the incoming call while essentially placing the first call on hold.
