Hello, I have a 514 number (Montreal) and I trie to call 780 705 **** (Edmonton). The system told that my account balance is insufficient. I tried with another 780 number and it worked. It is really bizarre.
Can someone exlpain to me, what would be the problem.

780-705-XXXX numbers should be free. I take it you tried this number a few times and it failed each time.
If so, message the number to Admin (Kris) and he usually looks into it pretty quick. Looking on the free calling guide would suggest there should be no charge to call it though.
