Hi,
We have been having this issue for some time, I didn't have time to look into it. Our voice mail used to work properly. But now all of a sudden the voicemail is not responding to our input. I mean when we dial *98, we can hear the voicemail menu options, but when we choose the option(e.g "1" for listen) its not responding, it's keep on going with the menu.
Could it be due to any shortkey misuse like *78#, because people at home sometimes mess with shortkeys trying to figure out voicemail number.. I would really appreciate any help.

It's possible that your DTMF type is changed to something not supported by the voicemail system. What ATA are you using?

Hey thanks, yes DTMF was changed to inbond and i switched to auto; now its working fine.
