I'm trying to confirm if my current home phone # can be ported (905-535-XXXX Keswick, ON). I called support and they told me it could. However, when I called back later to actually begin the process, they told me it couldn't be ported. Can someone provide a definitive answer?

I have just confirmed with one of our porting representatives that we can port in Keswick, as it's part of York region.
If you PM me the number your phoned us from, I can identify who the different agents you spoke with her to ensure their supervisor corrects them on this mistake.
