I'd like to suggest freephoneline.ca offer a credit card whereby a percentage could be earned as points or dollars towards long distance vouchers and other paid services.

That does seem like a viable idea, and perhaps in the near future we will have such promotions with getting discounts or points towards the LD vouchers. Thank you for your suggestions.
