Destination out of order

Post by pocok »

Hi,
I have a PAP2T ata. It is working randomly and this is in my logbook:"Destination out of order"
It is ringing once and then off.
Any suggestions hat could cause this?
Thanks.

This could be due to a number of reasons. Have you tried basic trouble shooting to see if it is an issue with the ATA keeping its registration status? Like a power cycle, or perhaps to reconfigure the ATA device? We may need more information in order to help you out with this. Possibly try to PM me with more information or you can give our technical support staff a call at 1.866.515.5550. Thanks

Hi,
I tried to PM- user does not exist????
The only thing I tried is to power down/up.
This is solving the problem momentarily.
I tried tech support but the guy said :"we are not supporting P2PT 's.
Please tell me more steps to do. ATA configuration copied from this site.
Thanks,

One thing to note, when calling technical support with a third party device, all we will do is ensure that our end of the line is functioning properly. Once we can rule out our own systems, we are unable to provide any support on devices that weren't purchased from our company.

However, our community forum users are usually more than happy to lend a hand. I know we have some PAP2 users out there, so hopefully one of them can chime in. The configuration guide posted on our site is to spec and is how we used to configure PAP2 devices when we sold them.

I figured out after several hours of work . For some reason I had to change the User1, Ring settings, default ring settings from 5 to 6.
After this all calls come trough normally.
